Stevens Partners South Coast is an affiliate of Stevens Partners with a combined 55 years of experience in the South Australian property market. We pride ourselves on our reputation for taking on and resolving complex matters with exceptional results for our clients.
Over the past 12 months, Director Lauren Price, Goolwa, along with the Stevens Partners team have had the opportunity to continue the Michelle Lihou legacy. Together we have identified our overarching strengths and crystalise our united position regarding the level of service we provide. Ultimately, we have a large, experienced team working together to represent our clients in all conveyancing matters whether that be residential, commercial, lease preparation or business sales.

Meet Our Team
Michelle Lihou 18.02.1965 ~ 5.4.2020
Michelle Lihou owned and operated Stevens Partners South Coast from 1 March 2000 until her passing on 5 April 2020, setting a high standard for conveyancers across the state as well as being an integral and active member of her community.
Michelle has been a leading voice in the conveyancing community especially on the subject of electronic conveyancing and the move to a mandated environment. Michelle was also as an active and integral member of the AICSA Board.
Michelle was faced with many health challenges over the years, all of which she approached with a positive and determined attitude, never letting her challenges get the better of her. Her positive outlook was infectious and her inner strength and determination an example to all who knew her.
Michelle's team remained at Stevens Partners South Coast since Michelle's passing continuing the business on her behalf until being purchased by the Stevens Partners group in July 2020. Whilst Stevens Partners South Coast has a new owner, operations remain with the same trusted team that Michelle established all those years ago.
